Plants 02:41
All plants need to grow Is a little sunlight and water All plants need to grow Is a little bit of love from you They start out small And then they grow so slow They start out short And then they're tall! And then they're waving in the wind And then they're blowing in the breeze

Brooklyn Webb has a bubble wrap bed And a bubble wrap pillow for her bubble wrap head And Brooklyn's cat takes bubble wrap naps Where the bubble wrap sun meets the bubble wrap cracks Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap clouds in the bubble wrap sky Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap stars in the bubble wrap universe Brooklyn loves her bubble wrap gloves When the bubble wrap snow is as white as doves And Brooklyn runs in the bubble wrap sun On the bubble wrap beach having bubble wrap fun Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap fish in the bubble wrap sea Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap frost on the bubble wrap trees Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap clouds in the bubble wrap sky Every bubble wrap night She dreams about bubble wrap stars in the bubble wrap universe

Snow Day 02:15
There's like 30 kids sledding on Fox Hill Tower today 'Cause there ain't no plans for learning When the world is white and gray And the teachers' phones are off As they're soaking in the bath 'Cause there ain't no plans for learning math Well I guess we'll count to 3 as we pile up a snowman Maybe estimate how many cups of cocoa we'll need We can fill this snowy day with good, old-fashioned play When there ain't no plans for learning, I bet we're learning anyway There's another 30 sledding on the other side of town 'Cause there ain't no plans for learning When the snow is coming down And the teachers' phones are off As they shovel out a path 'Cause there ain't no plans for learning math Well I guess we'll add together outdoor fun plus snowy weather We'll subtract a little tension as we roll out in the snow We can fill this snowy day with good, old-fashioned play When there ain't no plans for learning, I bet we're learning anyway Oh, there ain't no plans for learning today

Up on Frog Mountain all the houses are made of clothes They all smell like fresh laundry When it gets cold you just put a big winter coat on top of your house Come on up to Frog Mountain Hop along with me! Come on up to Frog Mountain Tell me what you see! Up on Frog Mountain there was a turtle named Elvis And if you rub his shell and sing him a song it will grant you 3 wishes Come on up to Frog Mountain Hop along with me! Cowboy Nick 04:42
So it starts like this: Three cowboys were out on the prairie, doing what cowboys do, when they learned that a cow had gone astray. Normally, this is the type of problem that a cowboy can fix, but this particular cow (that had gone astray) was the prettiest (if a cow can be pretty), sweetest (if a cow can be sweet), most wonderful cow and cowboy had ever known. Her name was Daisy. Well since this cow was the prettiest (if a cow can be pretty), sweetest (if a cow can be sweet), most wonderful cow any cowboy had ever known, the three cowboys were so overcome with sadness they fell right off their horses, laid right there on the prairie, and cried. It was at that very moment that Cowboy Nick arrived. Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who stands so tall? Cowboy Nick Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who finds them all? Cowboy Nick Well, you see Cowboy Nick, he didn't need to ride fast. He didn't need to hoot and holler. He didn't even need a lasso. Cowboy Nick had a trombone. Well, what's a trombone, you ask? Well it's the prettiest (if an instrument can be pretty), the sweetest (if an instrument can be sweet), most wonderful brass instrument anyone has ever known. Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who plays trombone? Cowboy Nick Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who calls them home? Cowboy Nick Ain't no one half as slick There ain't no one like Cowboy Nick Well Cowboy Nick stood straight and tall And played trombone for one and all He played towards East He played towards West He never even took a rest He played until the sun went down And all the cattle gathered 'round He played real slow He played real fast 'Til finally, Daisy was home at last Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who plays trombone? Cowboy Nick Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who calls them home? Cowboy Nick Ain't no one half as slick There ain't no one like Cowboy Nick Well now that the prettiest (if a cow can be pretty), sweetest (if a cow can be sweet), most wonderful cow had returned home, the three cowboys turned to Nick and thanked and thanked and thanked him. Nick just said, "Y'all have a good day now," and rode off into the sunset. You know, come to think of it, that sunset was the prettiest (if a sunset can be pretty), the sweetest (if a sunset can be sweet), most wonderful sunset anyone has ever seen. Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who plays trombone? Cowboy Nick Who calls the cattle? Cowboy Nick Who calls them home? Cowboy Nick Ain't no one half as slick There ain't no one like Cowboy Nick Ain't no one half as slick There ain't no one like Cowboy Nick

Lily, why are you taking a nap? Lily, why are you taking a nap? Lily, why are you taking a nap? The stars aren't awake The stars aren't awake The stars aren't awake So why are you dreaming? Lily, why are you taking a nap? Why are you taking a nap?

about

When schools shut down in March of 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a lot of worry and uncertainty in the air. I decided to stream interactive, fun music for kids every day from my apartment. I wanted to give my students and friends something consistent and calming that they could participate in every weekday. I streamed 75 30-minute episodes before heading back to in-person school in the fall of 2020. This album is the collection of songs that I wrote during that time, and that I used during the livestreams. Enjoy!
